Delete your HoloComp account

Delete in the app

1. Open Profile → Account → Delete account.
2. You will be asked to sign in again.

What is deleted

These are deleted immediately:

• your account;
• your profile;
• your personal workspace;
• your sessions;
• your account action log.

What is kept

• One record that the account was deleted, with no identifying details. It stops a restore from a backup from bringing the account back.
• Server backups, when configured, until they expire. Retention: backup retention, e.g. 7 days — set when the hosted project is created.

Apple sign-in

If you signed in with Sign in with Apple, HoloComp asks Apple to revoke its tokens for your account.

Local data on your phone

Deleting the account does not delete data on your phone. Your collection, deals, shows and cash records stay on the device.

To remove local data, use "Erase all data" in the app, or delete the app.
